Our standard plans cover Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Higher-tier plans can also include TikTok and Pinterest on request. During onboarding, we’ll confirm which profiles you want us to manage and ensure branding is consistent across each platform.
Yes. You can allocate your posting volume across any of the supported platforms in your plan. For example, if you’re most active on Instagram and LinkedIn, we can focus the majority of posts there while keeping Facebook and X for repurposed highlights or key announcements.
Posting frequency depends on the subscription tier you choose. As a guideline: Starter plans typically include 8–12 posts per month, Growth plans 16–20 posts per month, and Scale plans 24–30+ posts per month. We’ll share a content calendar so you can see exactly what’s scheduled each week before it goes live.
Select plans include a mix of feed posts, Stories, and Reels/short-form video. Where video is included, we’ll work with raw footage or brand assets you provide, then edit, caption, and schedule the content. If your plan doesn’t include video by default, we can add it as an upgrade.
Yes. Every subscription includes a consolidated monthly performance report covering reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement rate, top-performing posts, and key insights by platform. You’ll receive this as a visual dashboard plus a short written summary with clear next steps.
Growth and Scale plans include a monthly review call where we walk you through the report, explain what’s working, and agree on content experiments for the next month. Starter plans receive written insights and Loom video summaries instead of live calls, with the option to book ad‑hoc strategy sessions.
All plans include support via email and a shared inbox (e.g., Slack or similar) for day-to-day coordination. We respond to most questions within one business day. Higher tiers include priority support, faster turnaround for content edits, and a dedicated account manager who proactively suggests ideas and optimizations.
Absolutely. You’ll receive a content calendar in advance with copy, visuals, and posting dates. You can comment, request edits, or approve posts directly in the calendar. We build in a clear review window each week so you always have a chance to adjust messaging or visuals before publishing.
Our social media plans are billed monthly by default, with the option for quarterly or annual billing at a discount. Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date, and you’ll receive invoices and payment confirmations via email. You can update payment details or switch plans at any time before the next renewal.
You can cancel at any time with a 14-day notice so we can wrap up scheduled content and reporting. Pauses are available on a case-by-case basis for up to 60 days—during a pause, no new content is created or posted, but we preserve your strategy, assets, and workflows so we can restart smoothly.
